Terms & Conditions


All pricing listed is charged in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST.

We will make every effort to ensure our prices are current and up to date. We reserve the right to change our pricing without notice. All orders processed will be granted at the purchase price listed at time of purchase.

Refund and Exchange

Bugs & Butterflies Boutique endeavors to provide you with exceptional products, however if your item is faulty or you are unhappy with your purchase due to colour, sizing or simply didn’t meet your expectations, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your parcel and we will arrange a refund or exchange to the same value.

Bugs & Butterflies Boutique personally inspects each item prior to posting out to you, to ensure that each item is of exceptional quality.

No refunds or exchanges will be granted outside the 14 day period once item once item is received. We allow 2-3 business days for delivery from time of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have read the terms and conditions prior to making a purchase. All items must still be intact and in its original condition, unworn and with tags attached. You can contact us by email at simone@bugsandbutterflies.com.au or call us on 0414 719 009. For exchanges, once you have contacted us, place your package in the mail and include a self addressed envelope and we will return the item to you as soon as we have received the returned item.

No refunds or exchanges apply to end of season sales, unless the item is faulty.

If something is listed as “out of stock” please complete the “enquire now” section within the product listing, and we will make every effort to obtain the item for you or place you on our back order list and will advise you when the item has be re-ordered. If for some reason we are unable to order you that item in, we will advise you accordingly.

If your item is damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as conveniently possible to discuss a suitable resolution.

Product Descriptions

We will make every effort to ensure that our products are described and illustrated accurately on our website, and will provide the most accurate images to reflect the true colors of your item purchased.

If you are unhappy with your purchase due to incorrect description or color discrepancy, our 14 day return policy applies. No refund will be granted outside of the 14 days.

Postage and Delivery

Free Shipping within Australia. Any international orders will paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost, will be refunded to the buyer by Bugs & Butterflies Boutique.

If you've been issued an Australia Post tracking code, you can check the status of your parcel on the Australia Post website


Bugs & Butterflies Boutique are not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm has incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, Bugs & Butterflies Boutique share no responsibility.

When a buyer completes checkout, they acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions prior to purchase.
